Introducing Healthy Bellies, a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering free fitness classes for pregnant women that are BIPOC , low-income pregnant, and from other underserved communities.
We believe every woman deserves access to the resources that support and enhance the well-being of both her and her baby.
Mission Statement
At Healthy Bellies, our mission is to champion maternal health and wellness among BIPOC, low-income, and underserved women. We provide free, accessible resources and virtual classes designed to support women at every stage of their journey—whether they are trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum. Our offerings include online fitness sessions, birth education classes such as lactation and CPR, nutrition workshops, meditation, and more, led by partnered expert instructors. In addition to virtual programming, we host community events like baby item donations to women’s shelters and public health education initiatives to raise awareness about fitness and overall well-being. Through these efforts, we aim to empower women from marginalized communities by providing the knowledge, tools, and support they need to thrive in their motherhood journey and beyond.
